This year, we continue to focus on impact through our continuum of care model, which transitions people from emergency shelters to permanent homes with tailored, wrap-around supports. Hope Living, our largest supportive housing facility, in Kanata, provides crucial care and stability for those who have experienced homelessness and trauma.

With six residences citywide, this model helps residents maintain housing, build life skills, and increase independence, creating stability, connection, and long-term hope.
